In a large bowl mix together the graham crumbs, peanut butter protein & whey protein.Add in the peanut butter and mix until it starts to combine. Add in the milk and mix until it reaches a dough type consistency.Press into an 8x8 pan.Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments or over the stove in a small pot, stirring constantly.Once melted, stir in the peanut butter powder and mix until it resembles frosting.Spread over the bars and place in the fridge until set.Store in the fridge or freezer. They are soft enough to be eaten directly out of the freezer.
