Cover the cherries with warm water and set aside.In small pot, bring quinoa and water to a boil. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.Remove quinoa from stove and chill for 15 minutes.Drain the cherries.In food processor or bowl, combine quinoa, cherries, protein powder, flax, and almond butter.Form into balls or use silicone molds to form your favorite shape.Press 2 almonds into each bite and chill for 1 hour.Five minutes before time is up, combine the drizzle ingredients. Stir until well mixed.I use plastic condiment bottles to apply the dark chocolate drizzle.Store covered in the refrigerator.
