Fry 6-10 slices of bacon in a small pot. When crispy, remove bacon from the grease with a slotted spoon. Add 1 Tablespoon of butter and let melt into the grease. Add 1 cup of half and half and 1 Tablespoon of flour to the grease. Melt in 1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese. Stirring constantly until melted. Serve on top of any meat of your choice.
