In a large pitcher, combine white wine, apple cider, brandy, diced apples, fresh cranberries and cinnamon sticks. Refrigerate at least 4-6 hours, or overnight (I let mine sit 24 hours before serving). When ready to serve, pour Prosecco into pitcher. To serve, add a ladle of fruit to each glass. Add about 1/4-1/2 cup pop to the glass (depending on how strong you want your sangria. Start with less, you can always add more to taste. Add about 1 cup of sangria and enjoy!
