  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup (dry) oatmeal - i used quick oats
  • 2/3 uptoasted coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup honey or agave syrup - i used toasted coconut agav
