1. Set into a medium pan and place butter over high heat. 2. Add rice salt and onion to the saucepan and stir constantly. Until the rice begins to brown. 3. Add hot water in the pan stir and cover with a lid. 4. Decrease the heat to low and cook exactly 20 minutes. 5. Remove from the heat and let stand for 5 minutes and uncover. Fluff with fork and serve.
