  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic pressed
  • 1/2 cups onion chopped
  • 1 pound pasta
  • 4 cups tomatoes chopped
  • 3 ounces pinto beans
  • 3 ounces kidney beans
  • 3 ounces great northern beans
  • 2 serrano chiles chopped
  • 1 chili peppers chopped
  • 2 habanero pepper chopped
  • 1 chipotle pepper chopped
  • 1 dash liquid smoke
  • 1 cup stout beer
  • 1 tablespoons chili powder ground
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper ground
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika ground
  • 1 tablespoon ancho chile pepper ground
  • 1/8 cups tomato paste as required
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 8 ounces cheddar shredded
  • 8 ounce corn tortilla chips

Brown ground beef over stove. soak beans in beer with 1 cup water for 4 hours or until beans have reached saturation. Combine all ingredients (minus pasta, tomato paste, sour cream, and cheese) in slow cooker on low heat and cook for 8 hours. Add tomato paste to thicken, if necessary. Serve over pasta with shreaded cheese and sour cream (optional)
