Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add eggs, milk and butter then stir well. Add white chocolate when all ingredients are well mixed. Add rasberies then stir briskly and scoop into muffin tray/patty pans. Place in an oven and cook approx 15-20 Mins for large muffins and 3-5 Mins for small muffins. IMPORTANT!!! when your muffins come out of the oven they should be golden brown. Sometimes they come out uncooked in the middle. be careful of this. If it happens, put it back in for a few more minutes. I advise you to add the rasberies JUST as your about to spoon them into the muffin tray or patty pan, or the mixture will turn out purple. You can use fresh rasberies OR frozen. It doesent matter.
