1. Place brats on 3-inch rack and cook at 400°F for 6-8 minutes per side. 2. Let brats rest for a few minutes, then slice and transfer to silicone liner pan. 3. Add remaining ingredients to silicone liner and replace on 3-inch rack. 4. Cook at 300°F for 5 minutes. 5. Stir and continue cooking for 5 additional minutes, or until onions reach desired tenderness.
