To start with making paneer burji sabzi, chop onions and tomatoes.Finely grate paneer - Indian Cottage cheese.In a pan, heat oil.Add chopped onions to the pan. Stir fry till onion become soft and translucent.Add chopped tomatoes. Mix well.When tomatoes become soft and mushy, add red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Mix.Take the earlier grated paneer, add to the pan and mix well.Sprinkle salt. StirCook for 3 to 5 minutes on medium flame. Do not cover the pan as it will make paneer bhurji moist.Transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and garam masala.Serve hot with chapati.
