1. Lightly butter 8-inch baking pan and set aside. 2. In large bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. 3. In separate bowl, mix eggs, buttermilk and butter together. 4. Pour buttermilk mixture into cornmeal mixture and mix together. Batter will still be lumpy. 5. Pour batter into prepared baking pan and place pan on 1-inch rack. 6. Bake on Power Level HI for 25 minutes.
