Preheat oven to 450F (230C).Chop the cauliflower into little florets and add to a big bowl.Add all of the seasonings, the olive oil, salt to taste, nutritional yeast, garlic powder and chili powder. Toss well to combine and to evenly coat the cauliflower.Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet and bake 25 minutes, flipping once half way through. The cauliflower is done when it is browned and tender. Sever as a side, on top of salad, or eat straight as it is as a snack. Great hot or cold!
