  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 lb sausage, hot or mild
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp lawrys seasoned salt

Crumble sausage and brown in pan over medium heat. Turn heat down to medium low and stir in half the flour and combine and cook for a minute or so. Stir in more flour alittle at a time and continue stirring. Add 3 cups of milk and stir constantly till thickens. Can add more milk if needed. Serve over hot biscuits.
