  • 1 pint half-and-half cream (add to taste)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (add to taste)
  • 1/2 cup dried berry mix (raisins, cherries, cranberries, blueberries)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted mixed nuts (hazelnuts, slivered almonds)) coarsely chopped

1. Make wild rice according to cooking instructions. 2. When the rice is finished, add berries and nuts. Pour in enough cream to cover the dry ingredients. You probably won't need all of the cream.
