  • 1/2 cup peanuts optional
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
  • 4 mint leaves chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup roasted injera chips
  • 1/2 cup macademia nuts
