  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 6 large egg
  • 1 pound monterey jack cheese cubed
  • 3 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 2 cup cottage cheese

Melt butter in small saucepan, add flour and cook until smooth. Beat eggs, add milk, cheeses baking powder salt (I omit), sugar and butter-flour mixture. Stir until well blended. Pour into well greased 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Note: Cut in small small pieces and serve as an hors d'oeuvres.
