  • 3/4 cup cookie butter (i used trader joe's pumpkin spice cookie butter)
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour

Preheat the oven to 350°F.In a medium bowl, whisk together the cookie butter and the eggs. Add the flour and fold it in until thick dough forms. Place cookies on a parchment lined cookie sheet.Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are set and the top still looks a little shiny (mine were perfect at 9 minutes). Do not over bake or they will be dry.
