  • 1 1/2 pounds brussel sprouts thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter (or oil for roasting)
  • 2 ounce pckg any nut: cashew, pine nut, walnut, pecan, etc chopped

On the Stove: Cook Brussels sprouts in butter in a large skillet for 5-7 minutes. Stir in nuts and cook 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Oven Roasted: Toss sprouts with oil and nuts; Layer on a cookie sheet or shallow baking dish. Cook for 10-15 min at 375 degrees.
