Delicious marinade for lamb...my sister in law jotted this down on a scrap of paper about 30 years ago, so I saved it from destruction.

  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 tin tomato soup
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon tamari soy sauce

Mix all ingredients together, place meat in marinade, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake in a moderate oven ( 180degC) for approx 1 hour, turning and basting the meat at least once.
