This is a restaurant style spinach artichoke dip that I found. I made it for a party as an appetizer and it was a hit. Now everytime I go to a party, they ask me to make this dip (or for the recipe) EXCELLENT!!

  • 4 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 10-oz package frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 14-oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 10-oz jar alfredo style pasta sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella shredded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In an 8x8 inch baking dish, spread the garlic, spinach, artichoke hearts, Alfredo-style pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Cover and bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until cheeses are melted and bubbly. Serve warm.
