  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs italian style
  • 1/4 cup parmesan or romano cheese

Preheat oven to 425* Mix all together. Roll into 1" or 1 1/2" balls and place on greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
