1. In a small pot, bring one cup of water to a boil. 2. Stir in the oats, and reduce to a simmer. 3. Stir in the salt, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and maple syrup. 4. Simmer for one minute. 5. Carefully fold in 1/2 of the diced pear, then simmer for another three minutes, stirring occasionally. 6. Add the coconut almond milk, then simmer for one minute more. 7. Spoon the oatmeal into a bowl, then top with the almond butter, granola, and the remaining pear. 8. Serve with maple syrup.
