  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 4 1/2 cups lukewarm water
  • 12 tbsp sugar
  • 9 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp yeast
  • 12 cups flour

Mix yeast and 4 cups flour in a bowl.Beat eggs,oil,sugar and water in another large bowl.Add remaining flour and salt;mix well.Form into a large ball and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.Punch down and let rise for 15 minutes.Punch down,let rise for 15 minutes and form buns.Let rise for 1/2 hour and bake at 350'F for 20 to 25 minutes.
