1. cut the apple (skin and all) into small pieces. 2. pour the rice drink into a large pot. 3. Depending on how soft you want your apples: add them now for softer apples or when the milk is hot for crunchier apples. 4. add vanilla and cinnamon. 5. heat on medium until milk is steaming. 6. slowly add in ground oats and mix thoroughly. 7. cook for a few minutes or until starts to thicken. 8. turn off heat and stir a bit more. It will thicken up as it cools.
