  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 package of pasta (shell or round)
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 4 large artichokes chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup black olives sliced
  • 2 cans (14 ounces) diced tomatoes

Cook onions, bell peppers, and garlic in oil, until vegetables are tender. Add all other ingredients, except the Mozzarella cheese, pasta, and olives. Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes or until the sauce is thick. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and transfer to a large bowl. Stir in the cheese sauce and the olives. Spinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Place in microwave oven and heat until cheese is melted.
