  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour

Preheat oven to 450(F). Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl. Beat in rest of ingredients just until smooth. Fill muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake 20 minutes, reduce oven temperature to 350(F). Bake 20 minutes longer or until deep golden brown. Remove immediately from pan and serve hot. (See Mom's Lighter Popovers for a lower-fat version.)
