  • 1 c. uncooked oats
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. veg. oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped peeled apples
  • 1/3 c. raisins (i used dried blueberries & cranberries)

Grease bottom of muffin cups or line with cupcake paper cups. Combine pancake mix, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add milk, egg, vegetable oil, apples, raisins until just moist. Fill 3/4 full and bake 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
