Put casserole and cover in hot oven - 375 Heat broth to boiling. Put butter in sauce pan,heat and add rice, stir constantly until all rice is a little brown (5 min or so) Remove casserole from oven, pour in rice, butter, add boiling broth Put cover back on casserole and put in oven ~~at;375 for 1/2 hour Then add chopped vegs, stirring with a fork Bake another 30 minutes.
