  • 1 onion chopped fine
  • 2-3 carrot chopped fine
  • 2% milk
  • chicken cooked and chopped
  • 2 celery chopped

Saute the onions, carrots, and celery in butter for about 3 to 4 mins. Then add chicken and milk and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 10 - 15 mins.
