I freaking LOVE muesli!!!! Even as a kid I loved it. It's sweet and nutty and lovely. Every time I make muesli it's different depending on what I have in the cupboard or what was on sale at the market that week.

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • approx. 300g oats
  • 1/4 cup chia
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried banana
  • 1 cup dried coconut
  • 1 cup sultanas.
