One of our family's favorite breakfasts is this very simple Apple Cinnamon Rolled Oats. My kids love it, its super healthy, and it is unbelievably simple to make. I simply throw all of the ingredients into our Instant Pot, push a button, and walk away! I have even set the timer the night before, so it's ready when we get up.

Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot and stir to combine.
Close and lock the lid. Use the "Rice" function to cook the oatmeal. When time is up, quick release the pressure.
