1. Put oats Sultanas and juice into bowel. Mix well and put in fridge overnight 2. In morning peel then grate apple into mixture, add Yoghurt then stir well. 3. Heat up chopped nuts in a hot dry frying pan. Toast but do not burn. Serve up Muesli into bowels then sprinkle nuts over top. Have a coffee, slice of wholemeal toast and a dash of honey in the Muesli for another 225 Kcal
