In a bowl mix the dry ingredients Add the yoke of the egg, melted butter & milk- mix together very well In separate bowl beat the egg white until stiff- after it's stift fold in about 1/3 of it to the batter mix- then fold in the remaining- Your batter should now be light and airy. Now fold in the blueberries- Pour about 1/3 c (depending on the size of your iron)on to your heated and well greased waffle iron. Cook until lightly browned. ENJOY-
