  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup almond butter i use whole foods crunchy
  • 1/2 cup raw honey

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. 3. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl. 4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients bowl and mix together. 5. Spray mini muffin pan and pour contents into pan. 6. Bake 15-20 minutes depending on your oven. Keep an eye on them. Use a toothpick to check for doneness. 7. Enjoy!
