  • 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast

Place 3-4 pieces of dough on a baking rack and place into the oven.Bake for 5 minutes until puffed and golden.Continue cooking in this manner until all the pitas are cooked.Eat immediately or you can cool and store in a paper bag for a couple of days.
