  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 onion diced
  • 500 grams stewing beef
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary or sprinkle of mixed herbs from pac
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 6 potatoes peeled (1 for every person)
  • 1 teaspoon or crushed garlic from jar
  • 1 dash oil

Brown meat in a fry pan with a dash of oil, onions and garlic. When meat is brown, put all ingredients in stock pot. Add tomatoes, corn, carrots, potatoes, rosemary & 2cups of water, set cooker to high and WALK AWAY! Come back after 4hours, turn cooker to low and cook for a further 1hour or until meat is tender. Serve over rice. DELICIOUS!!!
