Over medium-high heat, fry ground beef until no longer pink. Add onions, Taco Seasoning and Ranch Seasoning and fry a little longer until onions are turning opaque and soft. Add corn, beans and Rotel and cover. Reduce heat and stir occasionally over 15-20 minutes. Serve with whatever elements you desire (Fritos, sour cream, salsa, Tabasco sauce, Mexican cheese or whatever you might like on traditional tacos)
