  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/8 cup garbanzo bean flour
  • 1 cup gf cornstarch
  • 1 cup tapioca flour + 1 tablespoon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum
  • 1 1/8 cup warm milk
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

combine flour dry ingredients except yeast and set aside. heat mile and butter in microwave to very warm then whisk in eggs pour liquid ingredients into bread machine bowl (1.5lb) and dump dry on top. run an indent down the length of the dry and pour in the yeast. Start cycle. 20 min knead - 60 min rise - 50 min bake. remove read asap when done let cool and slice
