  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal, quick cooking
  • 2 tiny scoops trader joe's 100% pure stevia extract
  • 1 cup almond breeze almond milk, unsweetened, vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp madagascar bourbon vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp dried cherries

In 2 quart pot stir together oats, cinnamon, salt & stevia. Stir in almond milk, water, vanilla and dried cherries. Heat to a boil, stir, and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for 9 - 12 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency. Serve with milk if desired.
