  • 1 ounce campari
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth (preferably antica formula)
  • a lemon twist

Preparation Combine 2 ounces bourbon, 1 ounce Campari, and 1 ounce sweet vermouth (preferably Antica Formula) in a large mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until glass is very cold, about 1 minute. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe or a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist. To age:Place drink in aging kit for up to two months
