My kids love this recipe and it is great for people who are allergic to eggs. When ever I make these my kids insist on cinnamon syrup.

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon applesauce smooth

Combine dry ingredients, then add remaining ingredients and beat together with wisk. Pour the batter onto a hot , lightly oiled griddle or skillet. Cook until pancakes have a bubble surface and slightly dry edges (2-3 minutes). Turn pancakes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
