My older daughter can put away some of these oatmeal cookie bites like it’s her job. Gymnastics helps her keep active, which means she’s often super hungry, and I love to have these on hand for when she needs a snack.

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • Carbohydrate 13 g(4%)

Preparation In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until well mixed. Roll into 18 bite-size balls with wet hands to keep the mixture from sticking to you (or use a melon scooper to help). Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
