  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs whole
  • 3 cups sweet potatoes mashed
  • 1-2 tsp brandy

Mix first 8 ingredients thoroughly and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Mix together last 4 ingredients and sprinkle on top of the cooked casserole. Bake for an additional 30 minutes at 350°.
