High Fiber Apple Pumpkin Bran Muffins

High Fiber Apple Pumpkin Bran Muffins
High Fiber Apple Pumpkin Bran Muffins
High fiber and fruit muffins. I have IBS and am interested in healthy living so this is the recipe I came up with. They are dense but moist. You can add raisins too if you want. Great warmed with some Celeb butter (canola and olive oil) or even cream cheese :)
