Mustard and Sesame Palmiers

Mustard and Sesame Palmiers
Mustard and Sesame Palmiers
I tried this on a whim, not thinking that they would turn out right seeing as how BOTH of our ovens (one electric and one gas) never seem to get baking quite right. But wow, so simple and so nice and the best part is you can make up several rolls (some sweet, some savoury) in advance and just freeze them until some poor-needing-to-be fed soul comes around. Like your one year old who is sick of grapes and chunks of cheddar cheese as his snacks!
