My signature chili dish. Simple but delicious and much lighter than the traditional version. I usually double it because it disappears so fast. Serve over grits in bowl.

contains white meat tree nut free nut free gluten free contains red meat shellfish free dairy free
brown meat with onions and garlic
stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boil
reduce heat and simmer uncovered for at least 20 minutes
serve over grits and top with raw onion, cheese or sour cream.
