  • 1/3 cups caster sugar sifted
  • 2 tsp baking powder sifted
  • 1/4 tsp iodized salt sifted
  • 3/4 cup milk sifted
  • 1 1/4 cup oil or butter melted

1.preheat oven in 175 c 2.mix all dry ingredients with a wooden spoon.make a well in the middle (set aside) 3.mix all wet ingredients with a whisk for perfect blend 4.put it gently the wet ingredients in the prepared well in the dry ingredients 5.mix it w/ wooden spoon or spatula (don't over mix it) LUMPY BUT ITS MIXED AND PERFECTLY FINE 6.grease the muffin pan or put a decorative cups. 7.put the mix of dry and wet ingredients in the cup or muffin pan in 1/3 in a way full 8.bake it for 18-20 min. 9.cool in a wire rack for about 5-8 min. 10.decorate or serve plain, ~~ENJOY~~ (and put the next batch)
