1. Butter one side of each slice of bread and place 2 together butter sides facing each other. 2. Spread 1 Tablespoon hummus on slices of bread. 3. Place Onion then Avocado on top of Hummus. 4. Sprinkle Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper, to taste, over Avocado. 5. Place Cheese on top of Avocado 6. Preheat skillet or grill over medium high heat. Grill temp to 250. 7. Place the loaded piece of bread onto grill and then top with final slice of bread, butter side up. 8. Flip when bread is toasted and toast other side.
