  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup bananas mashed
  • 1 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 7/8 cup buckwheat flour (or 2 cups regular flour total)
  • 1/2 cup hickory nuts or walnuts - rough chop
  • 1 cup dried cranberries or 1 1/2 cups fresh
