Turkey Fennel Patties

Turkey Fennel Patties
Turkey Fennel Patties
This is meant to be a replacement for bacon or sausage in the morning with your breakfast. I like it not only for breakfast but also two of them with pepper jack or swiss between them make a great light lunch as well. Also I'll often combine them with a breakfast quiche of some sort that I have baked in a muffin pans. Just one more way to have a hearty breakfast that require no cooking the day of, just warm in microwave and take out the door with you.
